San Francisco Dogs, LLC is owned by Maria E. Homar, MA, CTC

She is Certified by the San Francisco SPCA as a Dog Trainer and Behavior Counselor. The SF/SPCA Academy for Dog Trainers was founded in 1999 with the aim of providing comprehensive and leading edge education to dog trainers, behavior counselors and other companion dog professionals. It rapidly gained a reputation as the "Harvard for Dog Trainers."

Ms. Homar is also a member of APDT Association of Pet Dog Trainers.

Shipping Policies:

Currently we offer very competitive shipping rates. We use UPS, FedEx and USPS to send your package in the most safe and expeditious manner possible. Our store is in San Francisco, CA 94131. UPS, FedEx as well as USPS time of delivery depends on your location. Beware that UPS and FedEx do not deliver or pick up packages on weekends and some major holidays and USPS has limited services on Saturdays.

Your package will be sent to you within 24hrs or less from the time your order is processed. Oversize item will arrive in 2 - 9 business days.

We are sorry but due to shipping costs we do not ship to Guam, Samoa, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii.

Refund and Return Policies:

We strongly recommend that you measure your dog appropriately as described in the fitting instruction on each itemís webpage due to the fact that for health reasons we cannot offer returns on clothing.

  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition.
  • Any sale item, personalized or customized item or perishable items within orders will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • If you wish to return an item for exchange we require the package is returned within 5 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • We also require that you send return package with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
  • All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded
  • Orders that were shipped in a timely manner, but a delay was caused by the Shipping Carrier do not qualify for a refund.

    Please send a courtesy note to first so that we know you will be sending back your item and for what reason.
